Concierge desks at luxury hotels in these areas are also happy to assist you with your Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car reservation, and will arrange for a car to be delivered directly to the hotel for you. Check Participating Hotels for a list of these luxury hotels and their contact information.

Report an Accident
If you have an accident while renting one of our vehicles, please follow the instructions on the Report an Accident page. Also, please call our Damage Claims Department at 424.239.7055 as soon as possible after the accident so they can assist you in settling the damage claims with the respective parties and insurance companies.
Roadside Assistance
Our vehicles are regularly serviced and we do our best to make sure that they are always in excellent working order.
Should you have a problem with one of our vehicles, please call the Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car location office where you rented your car and we will either get the problem resolved or trade the problem vehicle for another comparable vehicle for you as soon as possible.
Participating Hotels
A large number of luxury hotels in Southern California and Las Vegas have concierge desks that will be happy to make a Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car reservation for you and arrange to have the vehicle delivered directly to your hotel. Lost & Found
If you have left something behind in one of our vehicles, please contact the Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car location office where you rented your car or send an email to lost@bhrac.com and we will arrange to have your item returned to you as soon as possible.
Parking & Traffic Citations
You are responsible for all parking and traffic citations incurred while you are in possession of a Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car vehicle. Please refer to our Parking & Traffic Citations page for more information on how these citations are processed and paid.
